PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project comprised the construction of four townhouses which replaced two villas on the site over Tai Tam Bay in Stanley.
The Client required an early start to the project which in turn required the early award of packages to be fast tracked.
Each individual townhouse has 3 floors. A lower floor including a garage with access to maids quarters and access the kitchen above, the main entrance opening up to the living room with a barrel vaulted ceiling and a dining area on the large terrace. A sculptured staircase opens to a viewing platform landing to the upper floor gallery and four bedrooms.
