PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project comprises the construction of seven three-storey residential houses, a car park, individual swimming pools and jacuzzi, clubhouse, security and fit out works to each house.
The preliminary finishing includes natural stone and precast concrete as external cladding restrained by stainless steel brackets. It is a double skinned structure, with externally mounted rectangular rainwater down pipes and fittings.
The exterior consists of dark green natural slates covering the roof, skylight at entrance foyer, external louvres at verandahs, French doors to outdoor terraces and pool decks and double glazed windows.
