PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project is a prestigious private luxury residence located on the Peak in Hong Kong. Management contracting was selected as the preferred procurement method as the sequencing and phasing of the works packages provide the additional time needed and flexibility required to accommodate design changes by the Client.
Special focus on limiting the Client’s exposure to risk and claims from various works contractors was required.
